Privacy Policy

CloudEx Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the "Tap Loop Pro" app (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Our Core Principle

Tap Loop Pro is an app that keeps tapping and swiping automatically at the places on the screen that you choose. Everything it does happens entirely on your device, and we never look into what is shown on your screen or what you do in other apps. Specifically, we do not record, store, or transmit any of the following:

  • The contents shown on your screen
  • Your browsing history or the contents of your communications
  • A personally identifiable history of the apps you use

2. About the Accessibility Service

Tap Loop Pro uses the Android accessibility service (AccessibilityService API). It is the core mechanism of the app: without it, no automatic tap can be performed. Whether to turn it on is your choice in your device settings, and you can turn it off again at any time. Tap Loop Pro uses the accessibility service only for the following purposes:

  • Performing taps and swipes: to perform, on your behalf, the taps, long presses, swipes and pinches at the positions you set, and system actions such as Back and Home.
  • Showing the control panel and point markers: to show the start/stop panel and the markers for the positions to tap over other apps, Settings and the notification shade.
  • Stopping automatically for safety: to check only the name (package name) of the app in front, so that automatic tapping stops on permission prompts and on app install or uninstall screens.
  • Starting and stopping with the Volume Down key: only if you turn this setting on, to receive a long press of the Volume Down key. Other keys are passed through and are neither recorded nor stored.

Our accessibility service does not read the contents of your screen. Window content retrieval is turned off, so it is technically unable to read the text or elements shown on your screen. The name of the app in front and the key presses are used only for the decision at that moment, and are never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

Where to tap and when to start or stop are determined only by your settings and actions, and all of these decisions are made on your device. Because the panel and the markers are shown through the accessibility service, Tap Loop Pro does not use the “Display over other apps” permission.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information Collected Automatically

  • Anonymous crash reports: Via Firebase Crashlytics. When the app crashes, we collect the stack trace, device model, OS version, and app version. This does not include personally identifiable information or screen contents.
  • App usage statistics: Via Google Analytics for Firebase. We collect anonymous app usage events (such as the app being opened for the first time) together with device information and the device's advertising ID (AAID). We use this data to understand aggregate app usage and to measure the effectiveness of our own advertising campaigns (counting app installs that resulted from an ad). It is never used to display ads in the app.
  • Purchase / license information: We use purchase tokens issued by Google Play to verify your purchase. We never receive any payment information such as credit card numbers.

3.2 Information Stored Only on Your Device

  • Scripts and recorded gestures: The scripts you create (actions such as taps and swipes, their positions on the screen, intervals and repeat settings) and the taps captured with Record and replay are stored only on your device. Positions are stored as proportions of the screen size and are not linked to what is shown on the screen.
  • App settings: The control panel’s visibility, size and opacity, whether point markers are shown, the ways to stop (long press of Volume Down, stop when the screen turns off), vibration, notification settings, the theme, and the apps chosen for per-app auto start are stored only on your device. Scripts and settings are erased when you uninstall the app or clear the app’s data.
  • Exported files: When you export scripts, the file is saved only to the location you choose. When importing, only the file you choose is read. These files are never sent to us.

3.3 Information We Explicitly Do Not Collect

  • The contents displayed on your screen
  • A history of the websites you visit or the contents of your communications
  • Location information such as GPS coordinates
  • Phone number, contacts, calendar, photos, microphone, or camera

3.4 Permissions the App Requests and Their Purposes

Tapping and swiping automatically, and always keeping a way to stop, require several OS permissions. Tap Loop Pro uses them only for the stated purposes:

  • Accessibility service — The core mechanism of the app. It is used to perform the taps and swipes you set and to show the control panel and point markers. See Section 2. It is never used to read your screen.
  • Notifications (Android 13+) — Used for the persistent notification of the foreground service that keeps the control panel available. You can also start and stop from this notification.
  • Usage access (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS) — Requested only if you turn on per-app auto start. It is used solely to detect when an app you chose comes to the foreground. The package names obtained are used on your device only and are never collected, stored, or transmitted.
  • Run at startup (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED) — Used to bring back the control panel, the persistent notification, and per-app auto start after the device restarts. For safety, automatic tapping never starts by itself after a restart.
  • Vibration (VIBRATE) — Used for a short vibration when tapping starts or stops. You can turn it off in the settings.
  • Internet (INTERNET) — Used only to show this privacy policy, to fetch the list of our other apps, and to send the anonymous diagnostic data described above. What is shown on your screen and your scripts are never sent.

4. How We Use Information

The limited information we collect is used only for the following purposes:

  • Operating and maintaining the Service
  • Verifying purchases
  • Understanding aggregate app usage and improving the app (analytics)
  • Measuring the effectiveness of our own advertising campaigns (install conversion measurement)
  • Diagnosing and fixing crashes
  • Responding to support inquiries
  • Complying with applicable laws

5. Third-Party Services

Tap Loop Pro uses the following third-party services. Each service has its own privacy policy.

  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) — anonymous crash diagnostic data
  • Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC) — anonymous app usage statistics and measurement of our own ad campaigns (install conversions)
  • Google Play Billing — payments are completed on the store platform side

Tap Loop Pro does not display ads within the app and does not share your data with advertising networks in order to show you ads.

6. Data Retention

  • Crash reports: retained for 90 days, then deleted.
  • Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months, then deleted.
  • Support emails: retained for 12 months after the last reply, then deleted (except where legally required).
  • Settings stored on your device: erased when you uninstall the app or clear the app's data.

7. International Data Transfers

We are based in Japan. The infrastructure used for crash diagnostics and analytics may be located in various countries. When you use the Service, the minimal information described above may be processed outside your country of residence under standard contractual safeguards.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you reside (e.g., the EEA, UK, California, Japan), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the limited information we hold. You can:

  • Reset or delete your device's advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads)
  • Uninstall the app or clear the app's data to erase the settings on your device

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always published at this URL together with its effective date. We will also notify you within the app of significant changes as appropriate.
